That Blue Haired Girl

Very recently, I've been dabbling in hair bleach & dye . I feel like I'm late in the game , like this should have been a 'phase' during my high school years . But it wasn't , & so I figured this was the perfect chance before I had to officially "grow up".
Before you all start acting like my Mother , NO I did not dye my real hair . This is a closure and weave . It is manic panic "after midnight blue" . I also added from purple streaks with some extra purple dye I had .

I was called "a mermaid" the whole entire time I wore this look. Not to mention it was very hard picking outfits that didn't make me look like a bag of cotton candy . I resulted to wear mostly black , but most of that can be attributed to my recent obsession with the shows Sons of Anarchy & American Horror story: the Coven . I managed to wear some kind of color whenever I could . 

Although I enjoyed being different & turning a lot of heads , half of the time I was pissed off at the "why'd you dye your hair THAT color" side comments . If anything , the blue hair reflects my crazy personality , so why not ? I felt like I spent most of the time trying to think of a good reason why I dyed my hair when the actual answer is , "because I motherfucking wanted to!". I have since taken the hair out , but don't think I won't make a wig & bang this baby out when I'm feeling frisky !
